NCCRA
Be Involved, Be Checked, Be Aware

In 2008
153,760 Americans will be diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
52,180 Americans will die from colorectal cancer.

CCA is committed to changing the current reality and increasing the hope for those coping with the pain of colon cancer in their lives.  A primary component of our efforts is providing support to colorectal cancer patients, their friends and family. We advocate for increased funding for colorectal cancer research and screening programs and work to increase public awareness of the disease and the importance of early detection. CCA continually explores ways to extend our capabilities, enhance our services and broaden our educational and advocacy activities.

To accomplish these goals, CCA relies on the support of our many volunteers and donors nationwide.  Please visit the links below to find out how you can contribute to CCA's mission and help save lives.

Please help me fight colon cancer!

Please consider supporting my involvement in the Undy 5000 with a tax-deductible donation. Your support will help us end colorectal cancer. This cause is very close to my heart as I am still battling the disease after being diagnosed at age 37. Support and awareness can make such a difference; please get screened and help me fight for those who continue to battle.

The Colon Cancer Alliance is managed by an experienced staff and a core of volunteer board members located around the country. Many of CCA staff members have a personal understanding of colorectal cancer—as either a survivor or caregiver. Their experiences with the disease further their commitment to increasing prevention, raising awareness and providing support.
